1. General Provisions

These Terms govern your use of our digital art creation and canvas printing service. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

Our platform allows you to upload a personal photo, transform it using AI-powered artistic styles, and order a printed canvas. We do not guarantee specific stylistic results, as AI interpretation may vary.

3. User Responsibilities

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the uploaded photo, or have permission from the rights holder.
• Your content does not violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or any applicable law.
• Your content does not include illegal, abusive, hateful, or explicit materials.

We reserve the right to refuse creation or printing of artwork that violates these rules.

4. Ordering & Payment

• Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Visa, Mastercard).
• Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Production & Delivery

• Each canvas is produced on demand and delivered to supported regions.
• Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to logistics or external factors.
• The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because each artwork is custom-made, returns are not accepted unless:

• The product arrives damaged.
• The product does not match your selected size or frame options.

In such cases, you must contact us within 14 days with photo evidence.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your original photo.
• We retain rights to all AI-generated style presets and processing methods.
• By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive right to process your images solely for order fulfillment.

We do not use customer artwork for marketing without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by incorrect file uploads.
• Delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Issues arising from poor quality or low-resolution photos.

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of your order.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the seller’s jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable legislation.
